The owner of Altitude Development Corp. is Michael Jabara, an entrepreneur with a fundamental belief in the continued strength of the Las Vegas and Southern Utah real estate resort markets. Mr. Jabara's successful career as a businessman and entrepreneur has spanned many different industries including: real estate development, mergers and acquisitions and telecommunications. As one of the first to believe in the Las Vegas high-rise condominium market, Mr. Jabara was the founding member of Highrise Partners, Ltd., a real estate investment firm that purchased the Scandia Family Fun Center in Las Vegas. Highrise Partners designed, entitled and developed a $700 million twin 50-story tower 700-unit luxury residential condominium complex directly off of the Las Vegas Strip. The entire project was successfully sold in September 2005 to Fisher Brothers, a well known 4th generation New York real estate family who recently announced a joint venture with Station Casinos to develop the site. In the 1990s, Mr. Jabara also formed Jabara & Company LLC, a successful merger and acquisition advisory firm representing a variety of clients, where, among other accomplishments, he secured a 60,000 square feet contract for the expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on behalf of Howa Construction of Salt Lake City, Utah. Michael Jabara holds an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and B.S.
